Eligibility and Access Guests entering the premises do so subject to these Terms and Conditions. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult where required. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person whose conduct may negatively affect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests.

Bookings and Reservations Table reservations will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes after the reserved booking time. Should guests fail to arrive within this period without prior notice, the reservation may be cancelled and the table released to other patrons. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Groups of 10 or more guests are encouraged to book in advance to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Event, function, and group bookings may be accompanied by a quotation and may require a deposit or advance payment. A booking shall only be considered confirmed once any required payment has been received. Final guest numbers must be communicated within the timeframe specified by management.

Food and Beverage Service No alcohol will be sold, supplied, or served to persons under the age of 18 years. Valid identification may be requested at any time before alcohol is served. No tobacco, nicotine, vaping, or related products will be sold to persons under the age of 18 years. Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person who appears intoxicated or whose conduct may pose a risk to themselves, staff, or other guests. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless expressly authorised by management.

Guest Conduct Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner towards staff, fellow patrons, and venue property. Any disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund or compensation. Damage caused to venue property, furnishings, equipment, or facilities by a guest may be recovered from the responsible party.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies While every reasonable effort is made to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies, guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before placing an order. Deck & Vine cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to shared preparation areas and equipment.

Photography and Marketing Photographs and videos may be taken on the premises and during events for promotional, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes. Any guest who does not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings must notify management prior to their visit or event to allow reasonable measures to be taken. While every effort will be made to honour such requests, complete exclusion from incidental or background photography in public spaces cannot always be guaranteed.

Liability Guests enter and use the premises at their own risk. Deck & Vine, its owners, management, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, illness, accident, or death occurring on the premises, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded. Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of their owners. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the supervision and safety of minors in their care.

Amendments and Acceptance Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, venue policies, operating procedures, event details, menus, pricing, and trading hours without prior notice where circumstances require. By making a reservation, purchasing goods or services, attending an event, participating in any activity, or entering the premises, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Bingo Night Terms and Conditions

Participation and Entry Participants must purchase a valid bingo card before the commencement of each game. Lost, damaged, altered, illegible, or unauthorised bingo cards will not be replaced or accepted. Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Participants under the age of 18 may only participate when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.

Gameplay Numbers will be called randomly by the organiser. Players are solely responsible for marking their own cards correctly and keeping track of called numbers. The organiser's decision regarding called numbers, game procedures, winning patterns, and all matters relating to gameplay shall be final and binding. Players must remain attentive throughout the game and are responsible for ensuring their cards are correctly marked.

Winning and Verification Players must clearly call "Bingo!" immediately upon completing the required winning pattern. All winning cards will be verified before a prize is awarded. If more than one player achieves a winning pattern on the same call, the prize may be shared equally or a tie-breaker may be conducted at the organiser's discretion. Any dispute regarding a winning claim must be raised before the commencement of the next game.

False Calls If a player calls "Bingo!" and verification reveals that the required pattern has not been completed, gameplay will continue. The organiser may, at their discretion, exclude the player from claiming the next winning call in that round. Repeated false calls or disruptive conduct may result in disqualification.

Prizes Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated. The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

Conduct During Events Participants must respect fellow players, guests, staff members, and venue property at all times. Cheating, tampering with bingo cards, disruptive behaviour, harassment, intimidation, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by management may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event without refund.

Photography, Liability and Event Changes Photographs and videos may be taken during Bingo Night and used for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos must notify management in advance. Participation in Bingo Night is at the participant's own risk and the organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation. The organiser reserves the right to amend game rules, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any event where circumstances require. By purchasing a bingo card or participating in Bingo Night, players acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
